Green Groups Seek More Discovery In Fla. Park Suit

Law360 (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of environmental organizations has accused the federal government of withholding vital information in a long-running legal dispute over off-road vehicles in Florida's Big Cypress National Preserve, asking a judge to order more complete discovery.
