Enviro Groups Persist In Bid To Halt Mine Expansion

Law360, New York (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Sierra Club and other environmental groups have again challenged a federal court's decision to allow phosphate mining activity in southeastern Idaho despite the groups' claims that the U.S. Bureau of Land Management authorized the expansion activity after an inadequate environmental analysis.
