Swiss Regulator Probes Cosmetics Manufacturers

Law360, New York (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Citing concerns about possible price-fixing, Swiss competition regulators opened an investigation into a Geneva-based cosmetics and perfume manufacturers association Monday, less than five months after Germany's federal cartel office fined several of the same companies for allegedly sharing strategic information.
