EU Merger Notification Process Could Be Clearer: ABA

Law360, New York (December 2, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The American Bar Association's antitrust and international law sections praised the European Union's competition watchdog for its guidelines on merger regulation on Monday, but suggested several revisions, including improving the transparency of the notification process and backing off somewhat on the “two-thirds” rule.
