$90K In Damages Upheld In Famous Dave's OT Suit

Law360, New York (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appeals court has upheld more than $90,000 in liquidated damages against the owners of five Famous Dave's restaurants in the Omaha, Neb., area who were found liable for unpaid overtime wages for employees working at multiple locations.
