Duke Energy Plant Must Face CAA Review: Judge

Law360 (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has ordered a Duke Energy Corp. subsidiary to submit to a full review of whether an addition at its coal-fired power plant in Cliffside, N.C., meets pollution control standards for hazardous air pollution under the Clean Air Act.
