Gun Groups Back Fla. At 11th Circ. In 'Gun Gag' Law Fight

Law360, Miami (April 25, 2016, 7:44 PM EDT) -- Two gun rights groups filed a brief Friday in support of Florida's law forbidding doctors from keeping patient records on gun ownership, telling the Eleventh Circuit that in similar laws curbing speech of regulated professionals for a specific state interest, the courts have favored the state.
