Fed. Circ. Shoots Down Inventor Claims V. Unitronics

Law360 (December 3, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal appellate court has upheld a lower court's judgment enjoining an inventor from asserting a mobile telephone security system patent against Unitronics Inc. or its customers after finding the company didn't infringe his patent.

In a decision Wednesday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed a decision against Swedish inventor Samy Gharb.
