Judge Nixes Cordis' Bid To Fend Off Stent Patent Trial

Law360 (December 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has shot down a request by Cordis Corp. and Norman Noble Inc. to revisit his earlier decision allowing Spectralytics Inc.'s stent patent lawsuit against them to head to trial, saying the defendants simply want to rehash arguments they already made in fighting the medical device company's claims for theft of trade secrets and unfair competition.
