Law360, Miami (April 28, 2016, 10:08 PM EDT) -- President Barack Obama on Thursday nominated four judges, a law professor, partners from Hogan Lovells and Jung & Sisco PA, and a member of the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights to federal judgeships in Florida, the District of Columbia, Colorado, North Carolina and Nevada.
Obama nominated U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia D. Barksdale and Jung & Sisco partner William F. Jung to seats in the Middle District of Florida and U.S. Magistrate Judge Philip R. Lammens to a position in the Northern District of Florida.
