Colo. Credit Union Says KC Fed Can’t Enforce Pot Laws

Law360, New York (April 29, 2016, 4:18 PM EDT) -- A Colorado credit union intended to serve the state’s legal marijuana industry on Friday asked the Tenth Circuit to force the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City to grant it access to a key bank account, or to give a clear reason why federal law trumps Colorado’s policy toward the drug.
