Law360, New York (May 5, 2016, 11:00 PM EDT) -- The sweeping regulations bringing e-cigarettes under the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s oversight for the first time may snuff out many of the small companies that make up much of the industry, as the regulator is likely to be overburdened by reviewing applications for thousands of products, experts said Thursday.
