House Plans Hearing On Last-Minute Enviro Rules

Law360, New York (December 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- In response to the Bush administration's most recent environmental rule change rescinding congressional power to block mining projects on public lands, a U.S. House of Representatives panel has scheduled a hearing to examine the long-term consequences of the outgoing president's final actions.
