OMB Delays New Rule For Patent Appeals

Law360, New York (December 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A controversial new rule on appeals before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office that was set to take effect Wednesday has been delayed, with the Office of Management and Budget saying it needs more time to review the USPTO's request for information collection in connection with the final rule.
