EEOC Sues Chrysler For Retaliation At Wis. Facility

Law360, New York (December 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission has accused Chrysler LLC of retaliating against two female employees who complained of sex discrimination at the automaker's national parts distribution center in Milwaukee.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the discrimination watchdog claimed an unnamed Chrysler manager had verbally harassed two female workers and threatened to fire them after hearing reports that they were complaining of sex discrimination.
