Bayer Gets Another Suit Dropped In Baycol MDL

Law360 (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A judge in a product liability multidistrict litigation over Bayer Corp.'s cholesterol-lowering drug Baycol has ruled again in the drugmaker's favor, blocking two plaintiffs from filing future putative class actions in West Virginia over the drug, which has been withdrawn from the market.
