High Court Favoring AT&T In Pregnancy Case: Atty.

Law360 (December 10, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court seemed skeptical of the claims of a group of women who allege that AT&T Corp. violated the law by giving them short shrift on service credit for pregnancy leaves taken prior to the Pregnancy Discrimination Act of 1978, an attorney for the women said following oral arguments on Wednesday.
