Law360, New York (May 19, 2016, 1:11 PM EDT) -- For the second year, Law360 has surveyed minority representation at the partner and nonpartner levels at the largest U.S. law firms. The results show a bleak outlook for diversity in the legal profession — less than 15 percent of attorneys at U.S. law firms surveyed by Law360 are minorities. Even fewer partners — less than 9 percent — identify as minorities.
