New Report Casts Doubt On PhRMA Study

Law360 (August 1, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Still smarting from a study last month that lauded the competitive effects of authorized generics, the Generic Pharmaceutical Association is now touting a report of its own that calls into question the credibility of the earlier report.

On Monday, the GpHA showcased the results of an independent study that blasted an earlier analysis commissioned by the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America.
