Groups Challenge New Yellowstone Snowmobile Plan

Law360, New York (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Sierra Club and several conservation groups have sued the U.S. government over a regulation that permits more than 700 snowmobiles a day into Yellowstone National Park, a rule the groups claim violates a federal court's ruling that allowing 500 a day would be unlawful.
