Senator Demands Details On Wyeth Journal Articles

Law360 (December 12, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Citing documents produced during litigation over Wyeth's hormone replacement therapy drugs, Sen. Charles E. Grassley, R-Iowa, has asked the pharmaceutical company and DesignWrite Inc. for more information regarding several medical journal articles that Wyeth allegedly hired the medical communications provider to draft.

The senator sent letters to both companies Friday as part of the Senate Finance Committee's ongoing investigation into medical ghostwriting.
