Hawaiian Telcom Creditors Committee Appointed

Law360, New York (December 15, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. trustee overseeing the Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings of Hawaiian Telcom Communications Inc. has appointed an official committee of five unsecured creditors almost two weeks after the company filed for bankruptcy.

The committee will consist of U.S. Bank National Association; Deutsche Bank National Trust Company; International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Telephone Local Union 1357; Hawaiian Electric Company Inc. and Sprint Spectrum LP, according to a filing Friday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware by acting U.S. Trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis....
