Sedgwick Trades Staff For Tech, Hands Out Pink Slips

The firm's chief marketing officer, Chris Carter, said Friday that the decision to cut fewer than 10 staff positions "was not taken lightly," but that "technological advancements continue to allow for leaner staff ratios" at many firms, including Sedgwick.
