Trinity Tags CB&I For Massive Cleanup Costs

Law360, New York (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Trinity Industries Inc. is taking on Chicago Bridge & Iron Co., claiming the global construction giant is liable for extensive contamination at a manufacturing property Trinity now owns.

The complaint, filed Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, claims that CB&I is responsible for the pollution at the site and is obligated to pay for past and future costs of cleaning up the contamination on the property.
