Judge Tosses Railroad Workers' Case Against Union

Law360 (December 17, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has killed a suit brought by railroad workers against a transportation union in a spat over reimbursement for extra hours paid to employees to compensate them for grievances.

On Monday, Judge Linda Reade granted the United Transportation Union's motion to dismiss the case brought by five workers in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa.
