Ram Owner May Be Liable In Microsoft IP Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (December 18, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has denied most of Microsoft Corp.'s bid for summary judgment in a case claiming Ram Distribution LLC sold counterfeit Microsoft items purchased on the gray market, though the judge did rule in favor of the software giant on Ram's owner's potential liability for the alleged violations.
