Cos. Agree To Pay Up Over Pa. Superfund Site

Law360 (December 30, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- For the second time in a decade, a slew of major companies — including Air Products and Chemicals Inc., Ingersoll-Rand Co. and General Electric Co. — have agreed to pay more than $860,000 to settle the U.S. government's suit over the cleanup of a Superfund site in southeastern Pennsylvania.
