Abbott Tells 6th Circ. Depakote Testimony Correctly Limited

Law360, New York (July 5, 2016, 6:49 PM EDT) -- Abbott Labs urged the Sixth Circuit on Tuesday to affirm its November trial win over birth defects allegedly caused by Depakote, saying the trial court was right to prohibit four experts from testifying about what should have appeared on the drug's labels.
