GM, Ford, Goodrich Settle Superfund Suit For $3.4M

Law360, New York (December 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A group of defendants that includes General Motors Corp., Ford Motor Co. and Goodrich Corp. has agreed to pay $3.4 million to a settle a suit the U.S. government launched over the cleanup of a Superfund site in northern Ohio.
