5th Circ. Revives UPS Discrimination Case

Law360, New York (December 31, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- An appellate court has vacated a lower court's decision to toss race discrimination claims brought by a retired employee of United Parcel Service Inc.

In a decision Tuesday, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit revived part of the lawsuit brought by Elton Taylor.
