Failed Tech Firm Sues Nokia Over Patent Inventorship

Law360 (January 5, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Mirage Innovations Ltd., an Israeli technology company that closed during a patent dispute with Nokia Corp., has sued Nokia for leaving Mirage inventors off patent applications for planar optics display device technology they allegedly developed together.

In a complaint filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Mirage claims it had a hand in developing the technology claimed in three patents that Nokia obtained between 2004 and 2007.
