Law360, New York (July 13, 2016, 12:50 PM EDT) -- A Talen Energy subsidiary and Puget Sound Energy have agreed to a six-year time frame to shut down two units at a 2,094-megawatt coal-fired plant in Montana as part of a deal to end a Clean Air Act suit brought by environmental groups, according to a proposed settlement filed Tuesday.
