Law360, New York (July 13, 2016, 4:29 PM EDT) -- The title of this year’s best law firm to work for has been clinched by a global BigLaw giant, according to the results of a survey on associates’ quality of life in the workplace released on Wednesday.
O'Melveny & Myers LLP grabbed the title from Paul Hastings LLP — which had been No. 1 for the previous three years — by winning the favor of its associates in several areas important to their happiness, including job satisfaction, work hours, firm culture, leadership transparency and substantive work, the report from rankings website Vault.com found.
