EPA Faces Suit Over Gas Compressor Emissions

Law360 (January 6, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A wildlife preservation group has filed a Clean Air Act citizen suit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency seeking to block a permit authorizing the operation of a gas compressor station in Colorado that allegedly discharges hazardous and carcinogenic pollutants.
