Apple Turns Up More Problems In Stock-Options Probe

Law360, New York (August 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Apple Computer Inc. said Thursday it may have to restate its financial statements after an investigation into its granting of stock options uncovered more irregularities.

The computer and software maker is one of the highest-ranking companies out of the more than 60 businesses across the United States that has become entangled in the stock options scandal.
