Kelliher To Step Down From FERC Chairmanship

Law360 (January 7, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Chairman Joseph T. Kelliher announced Wednesday that he would step down on Jan. 20, allowing President-elect Barack Obama to appoint a new chairman when he takes office.

Kelliher's term would otherwise not have expired until 2012.
