France Takes Steps Toward New Enviro Standards

Law360, New York (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The French government is preparing to pass new legislation that would favor expanded public transportation systems and set up a new program to protect biodiversity as part of a sprawling initiative to reach consensus on the country's environmental policy.
