Firms Seek Compensation In J.L. French Bankruptcy

Law360, New York (August 4, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A law firm and a financial advisor that served in the Chapter 11 proceedings of J.L. French Automotive Castings Inc. are seeking final compensation for services performed during the auto parts company’s restructuring.

Ashby & Geddes PA served as Delaware counsel to the official committee of unsecured creditors and is seeking compensation for the period from Feb. 22, 2006 to June 30.

It is seeking $235,490 as compensation and $30,902.57 as expense reimbursement. The firm listed a total of 702.5 hours of work.
