CEO Of TVA Faces Senate Oversight Committee

Law360 (January 8, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The Tennessee Valley Authority's CEO told a U.S. Senate committee that early environmental data after a massive spill of coal ash should reassure the public, but he met harsh criticism from Sen. Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., who emphasized the spill's health hazards.
