Winn-Dixie's Reorganization Plan Approved

Law360, New York (August 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- Winn-Dixie Stores Inc. got the stamp of approval for its reorganization plan when a federal judge signed off on its disclosure statement on Friday, keeping the grocery store chain in line to emerge from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection this year, the company said.
