Chamber Of Commerce, US Deal Delays E-Verify

Law360, New York (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The parties in a suit brought in December by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce against the U.S. government over the E-Verify requirement for federal contractors have struck a deal that will delay the implementation of the regulation until Feb. 20.
