High Court To Hear White Firefighters' Race Bias Suit

Law360 (January 9, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to weigh in on a case brought by a group of white firefighters who allege a decision by the city of New Haven, Conn., to scrap a promotional exam because too few minorities passed was a case of reverse discrimination.
