EPA Makes Changes To Its Decision-Making Process

Law360, New York (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has released a staff white paper on integrated modeling for environmental decision-making that it expects will help the agency improve its ability to conduct scientific analyses.

In a notice published Monday in the Federal Register, the EPA announced the availability of a final white paper titled “Integrated Modeling for Integrated Environmental Decision Making” that seeks to address the most efficient approach for effective environmental management decision support.
