Inventor Falsified Experiment, Federal Circuit Says

Law360 (August 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A district court’s ruling of inequitable conduct has been upheld, rendering four Housey Pharmaceuticals Inc. patents unenforceable in a patent infringement case brought by Bayer AG.

The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit had vacated and remanded the first decision from the district court based on a lack of evidence of inequitable conduct, but on Friday ruled in step with the lower court.
