Governors Push FDA For Guidance On Biotech Generics

Law360, New York (August 7, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- The governors of four states have petitioned the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to provide clear guidance on how to get generic versions of human growth hormone (HGH) and insulin, two biotechnology medications, to the market.
