Food Giant ConAgra Hit With FLSA Overtime Suit

Law360 (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Food giant ConAgra Foods Inc. has been hit with a purported collective action by hourly employees who claim the company is violating the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to pay them for the time they spend getting dressed for work and walking to the time clock.
