Sulfuric Acid Makers Strike $12M Deal Over Emissions

Law360 (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- Sulfuric acid makers Marsulex Inc., Chemtrade Refinery Services Inc. and Chemtrade Logistics (US) Inc. have struck a deal to invest $12 million in air pollution control technology to quell charges that they made emission-increasing changes without obtaining required permits or installing required pollution control equipment.
