FTC Asks Judge To Rename Former Wild Oats Stores

Law360 (January 12, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- In the latest twist in the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's efforts to undo the 2007 merger of Whole Foods Market Inc. and Wild Oats Markets Inc., the FTC has asked a federal judge to order that all former Wild Oats stores that have been renamed since the merger revert to their former name.
