Law Firm In Foltx Patent Suit Not In Conflict: Judge

Law360, New York (January 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- A federal judge has refused to disqualify law firm Crowell & Moring LLP from a lawsuit brought by Pamlab LLC over its blood disorder treatment Foltx, finding that defendant Nexgen Pharma Inc. failed to show that the firm faced a conflict of interest in representing Pamlab.

U.S. District Judge Boyd N. Boland of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado signed an order Friday denying defendant Nexgen's motion to disqualify Crowell & Moring.
