SC Wants Duke Energy Out Of Water War With NC

Law360 (January 13, 2009, 12:00 AM EST) -- The state of South Carolina is fighting to drop Duke Energy Corp. and other intervenors from its U.S. Supreme Court case against North Carolina over water rights, arguing that the outside parties will add undue complexity to the case.
